An exceptional evening is taking shape at La Passagère!
Chef Aurélien Véquaud, together with our Head Sommelier Aymerick Verdy, will host a Bacchus Dinner built around a subtle harmony between culinary traditions and the finest wines of Piedmont.
Our guests will have the privilege of discovering and comparing rare vintages of Barolo, guided by the insightful commentary of Riccardo Oliva, a distinguished Piedmontese head sommelier.
A rare experience for lovers of fine wines and haute cuisine, set against the refined backdrop of the Riviera.
