We are delighted to unveil our Easter chocolate egg, offered in an ultra-limited edition and crafted by our Pastry Chef, Johann Kleiber.

Inspired by the pine grove and the majestic pines surrounding the hotel, this creation pays tribute to the Mediterranean nature that shapes the soul of Juan-les-Pins and the spirit of our house.

Beneath an elegant 70% dark chocolate shell lies a delicate pine nut praline, enhanced by yuzu caramel and caramelized pine nut pieces. A subtle composition where intensity, freshness, and indulgence are perfectly balanced.
