Our Concierge team is entirely at your disposal to curate a truly bespoke stay. From ticketing and excursions to restaurant reservations, private outings, and special requests, our team places its expertise and trusted network at your service with discretion and efficiency.

Reception also remains at your service at all times to attend to your wishes and ensure your utmost comfort.

Practical Information

Pets

Small pets (up to 5 kg) are welcome at the Hotel, under their owners’ responsibility (please inform us at the time of booking). An additional fee will apply.
Pets are not permitted in the dining room of La Passagère. Within the hotel premises, they must be kept on a leash at all times.
For your companion’s comfort, a specially designed dog menu is available, as well as a massage service upon request

Cigars & Cigarettes

A selection of cigars is available at the Bar Fitzgerald.
Cigarettes are also available for purchase at the Loge, at the Bar Fitzgerald, and on the Beach.

Security

Throughout the year, our staff ensures your peace of mind with a discreet and attentive presence day and night.
In each room, safety instructions and evacuation plans indicating the nearest emergency exits are available for your reference.In the event of fire or suspicious activity, please contact the Concierge or Reception immediately and activate the fire alarm located in the corridors (red alarm box).
CCTV cameras are installed throughout the property to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings.

Dress Code

We kindly ask our guests to wear appropriate attire within the Hotel premises, particularly when returning from the Beach. Walking through the common areas bare-chested or barefoot is not permitted (bathrobes and slippers are available in your room).
For the gourmet restaurant La Passagère, smart attire is required.

Belles Rives – The Villa of Francis Scott Fitzgerald

The story of the Hôtel Belles Rives in Juan-les-Pins begins in 1926 with a legendary couple: Francis Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald. The American writer and his wife were staying with friends near Antibes when they fell under the spell of the Riviera and began searching for a house to rent.

In Juan-les-Pins, they fell in love with a seaside villa surrounded by pine trees: Villa “Saint-Louis.” Beneath the Côte d’Azur sun, they embraced the pleasures of summer and regularly entertained friends such as Rudolf Valentino, the Murphys, and Ernest Hemingway. Life here was social, nocturnal, free-spirited, and delightfully extravagant.

Scott and Zelda made Juan-les-Pins an emblematic destination, where the Jet Set of the era gathered to celebrate modernity and glamour. A few years later, this villa would become the Hôtel Belles Rives.

All our rooms are equipped with an central reversible air conditioning and heating system, adjustable to your preference. To ensure optimal operation, please keep your windows closed while the system is running.

Safe

A safe is available in your room wardrobe for your valuables. A second safe is also available at Reception.
Management declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, valuables, or cash within the Hotel premises.

Furniture & Décor

The Hotel provides high-quality furniture and decorative elements for your comfort. Any damage noted in your room or in the common areas will be charged accordingly.

Mini-Bar

Your mini-bar features a refined selection of beverages and snacks. All items consumed will be charged directly to your hotel bill. Please note that the mini-bar is not a refrigerator and cannot be used to store external products. Should you need to store medication, kindly inform the Concierge.

Food & Beverages

The consumption of food and beverages not purchased from the Hotel is not permitted within the premises. Management reserves the right to apply a corkage and service fee where applicable.
If you have received a welcome amenity or gift, we kindly ask that it be enjoyed exclusively in your room or outside the Hotel, and not within the Hotel’s outlets.

Turndown Service

Each evening, your room is carefully refreshed as part of our turndown service. Should you prefer not to receive this service, please inform Reception or place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. We are also pleased to accommodate your preferred timing upon request.

Housekeeping & Comfort

For any special request regarding your room — additional blanket, pillows, iron and ironing board, toiletries, or assistance with unpacking — our Housekeeping team is at your disposal. If you have a preferred time for room servicing, kindly inform Reception.
A pillow menu is also available to enhance your comfort.
Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving foam, razor, and other essential items are available upon request from Housekeeping.

Hair Dryer

Each room is equipped with a hair dryer, located in the bathroom or in the wardrobe.

Technical Assistance

Should you experience any technical difficulty in your room, Reception remains at your disposal for prompt assistance.

Beach Towels

We kindly ask you not to use the bath towels from your room at the Beach. Beach towels are available from our beach attendants (additional charge applies).

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

A professional dry-cleaning, laundry, and ironing service is provided by our partner cleaner.
Your laundry will be collected from your room by Housekeeping. Please use the laundry bag and the laundry form located in your wardrobe. Kindly complete the form, indicating the requested service (dry cleaning, washing, ironing), your name, room number, and date.

We thank you for supporting this initiative alongside us through a few simple gestures during your stay:

• The use of detergents impacts water quality. Because every action counts, if you do not wish to have your bed linen changed today, please place the designated card on your bed.
• Kindly switch off the air conditioning or heating when the windows in your room are open.
• We invite you to turn off any lights not essential to your comfort.
• For bath linen:
Place the towels you wish to have replaced in the bathtub and leave those you would like to reuse on the towel rack.
• If you do not require linen renewal during your stay, please inform Reception.

Breakfast

Served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am in the restaurant and on the terrace (buffet) during low and mid-season, and until 11:00 am in high season. A continental breakfast is also available in your room from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.

You also have the option to enjoy your breakfast to go; kindly place your request with Reception the day before.

Piano Bar Fitzgerald

Open daily from 3:00 pm. A pianist accompanies your aperitif and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.

In 2004, this legendary bar joined the exclusive circle of the “Historic and Heritage Cafés of Europe,” further affirming its exceptional character.

Warm, refined, and inviting, the Bar Fitzgerald comes alive each evening to the sound of the piano. Our bartender offers a wide selection of cocktails, with or without alcohol, to be enjoyed at aperitif time or after dinner, gathered around the iconic black Baldwin piano to extend the evening over a digestif.

Designed in pure 1930s style and adorned with period paintings, the lounge lends itself to many different moods. Sink into a club armchair for a moment of relaxation before or after dinner, while admiring the panoramic view over the Bay of Golfe-Juan and the Lérins Islands.

The cigar cellar features twelve brands from three renowned terroirs — Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras — ranging from cigarillos to double coronas. Best enjoyed after dinner at La Passagère, to prolong the refinement and conviviality, particularly on the terrace.

Throughout the year, at tea time or aperitif hour, hot beverages and cocktails can be savored on the Belles Rives terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Renowned teas accompanied by homemade pastries, or a glass of champagne served with delicate toasts… you will have a front-row seat to admire the fireworks.

The piano is also available upon request through Management, who will be pleased to inform you of access conditions and availability.

La Passagère

The gourmet restaurant La Passagère and its Chef, Aurélien Véquaud, invite you to discover a subtle and generous cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Through his menus, à la carte selections, themed dinners, and tasting menu, the Chef celebrates creativity while honoring the freshness and excellence of regional produce.

Alongside him, Pastry Chef Johann Kleiber crafts true sweet symphonies, blending creativity, finesse, and emotion to elevate each final course.

The grand dining room of La Passagère, faithful to pure Art Deco style, opens onto the sea through vast, light-filled bay windows. Golden arabesque friezes delicately gilded with gold leaf, hand-painted cabriolet armchairs, original tableware, and art glassware compose a refined décor — a tribute to the elegance of the 1930s.

Its magnificent terrace, paved with traditionally crafted terracotta tiles, reveals an exceptional panoramic view of the Lérins Islands. It provides the perfect setting for a romantic dinner, while also lending itself beautifully to grand evenings and special events: the fireworks of the Pyromelodic Festival, classical recitals or great musical standards, or simply watching the performances of the Water Ski Club from the Belles Rives pontoon.

The wine list reflects the same pursuit of excellence. Aymeric Verdy, our Head Sommelier, has carefully selected fine regional estates such as Rasque, Saint-Baillon, and La Bernarde, along with prestigious vintages from Bordeaux, the Loire Valley, and Burgundy.

We regularly host wine events dedicated to renowned estates and exceptional bottles, presented during themed dinners — a truly epicurean experience. The program is available at Reception.
As the restaurant is highly sought after and often fully booked, we recommend reserving your table through the Concierge.

La Plage Belles Rives

For a lunch that is both refined and relaxed, allow yourself to be tempted by the Plage Belles Rives restaurant. Facing the Lérins Islands, in an idyllic setting, the beach reveals décor with distinctly Mediterranean accents: tiled floors adorned with warm-toned patterned rugs, a large white awning, oriental parasols, and lush greenery create a sun-drenched yet elegant atmosphere.

The cuisine expresses itself with originality and simplicity. On the menu: dishes to share, exceptionally fresh fish and seafood, seasonal vegetables, and indulgent desserts — not to mention takeaway pastries and birthday cakes, perfect for extending the pleasure.

The Plage Belles Rives restaurant is particularly renowned and frequently fully booked, especially during the summer season. We strongly recommend making your reservation in advance.

We offer a curated selection of beauty treatments, facials, body treatments, and a massage menu designed as a true interlude of well-being. Each ritual is thoughtfully crafted to provide deep relaxation and revitalization in an elegant and soothing environment.

Our treatments are performed using Valmont and La Canopée products, renowned for their excellence and effectiveness.

Therapists are also available to provide various types of massages in your room, on our Beach, or within the Beauty Corner, for a fully personalized experience.

The Beach

Open from April through October, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, the private beach of Hôtel Belles Rives is a true seaside haven, offering a sandy beach, terrace, and private pontoon.

Lounge bar, snack service, the renowned Water Ski Club, swimming lessons, water sports and activities, as well as invigorating or relaxing massages — everything is designed to make your day exceptional (rates and reservations upon request).

Rental of equipment (mattresses, parasols, towels) is charged separately and is not included in the room rate. We invite you to reserve your sunbed or deck chair directly with our beach team at the beach kiosk (from your room, dial 415).

Please note that beach access is closed and unsecured after 6:00 pm. We recommend keeping an eye on your personal belongings. Management declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring on the beach premises (including cabins, sunbeds, restaurant, and bar).

Fitness & Swimming Pool

A sauna, fitness studio, and heated outdoor swimming pool (from April onward), located at Hôtel Juana, are accessible daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
